Join Us: A Belated 35th Anniversary Celebration! – Pot Luck Lunch at Woodworks at Lakeside Farm

Technically, it’s been 36 years since our founding—but when you’re having this much woodworking fun, who’s counting? We are thrilled to invite the entire New Hampshire woodworking community, along with your families and friends, to a special anniversary gathering.

• Where: Carl Moskey’s property (Woodworks at Lakeside Farm)
• Food: The Guild is providing the hot dogs!
• Potluck: Please bring something to share—sides, desserts, beverages, or other items for the grill.

A Look Back at Our Roots

The Guild’s journey began on April 28, 1990. Founders Paul Tuller and John McAlevey convened a meeting at John’s shop in Warner, NH, joined by twelve other pioneering woodworkers (including Terry Moore, David Lamb, Roy Noyes, Steve Cunliffe, Jon Siegel, Jere Osgood, John Skewes, and David Emerson). They envisioned an organization dedicated solely to the craft of woodworking, and 36 years later, that vision is stronger than ever.

What to Expect

Come enjoy a beautiful spring day on Carl Moskey’s lovely property. Activities include:

• Property Tours: Explore the grounds and see the famous “magic tree.”
• History Lesson: Learn about the unique heritage of Lakeside Farm.
• The Mill: Take a tour of Carl’s state-of-the-art sawmill.
