Guild of NH Woodworkers
Grant Program

Education, Craftsmanship, Community

The Grant Program supports our mission of furthering woodworking education through the sharing of knowledge, skills, and experience. Funding for the program is provided by dollar donations and by the raffle of member-donated items at the Guild tent during the annual League of NH Craftsman’s Fair at Mount Sunapee in August.

The Guild provides funds to not-for-profit groups, organizations, and institutions, and ad-hoc groups of individuals who share the common goal of promoting the craft of woodworking through education. We do not award grants to individuals to take courses, but we do give grants to individuals to teach courses or establish programs that reach many participants.

Grant eligibility requirements are established by the Guild Board of Directors.

Since 2012, The Guild of NH Woodworkers has distributed over $114,000 in funds to schools, makerspaces, and individuals!
