The Woodworking Fundamentals Group (WFG) meets five time annually, on the first Saturday of even-numbered months beginning in October, from 9:00 AM to Noon. Our host/demonstrator is Bob Lacivita, with meetings held at his shop in Nottingham, NH. Meetings are open to members and guests and will focus on interesting woodworking topics appealing to beginners, as well as those of us with more advanced skill levels and experience. WFG topics will include woodworking tool setup, maintenance, operation and safety of stationary and and hand held power tools, plus hand tools. Additional areas of focus may include functional design, selection of materials, milling stock for a project, joinery techniques, advantages of using jigs, fixtures and templates, and other helpful workshop tips.
