Lou Yelgin

Lou Yelgin has been a member of the Guild since 1991 and is a past officer and Steering Committee member. He learned woodworking from his father who was a European-trained furniture maker and Holocaust resistance fighter.

Lou has done numerous demonstrations for the Guild on topics such as Ultralight Boatbuilding, Toolmaking, and Metal Planemaking.

His work has appeared in two issues of Fine Woodworking (#153 and #265).
